Mail Call: Revlon ColorStay Eyeshadow Quad in Berry Bloom

So I went to my PO Box the other day and again was pleasantly surprised to find my Giveaway winning package from Miss Kelley AKA PhatGirlzRule.

As you can guess, I really like watching her channel, considering I have gotten two different items from her!!! See this is why I recommend checking her out, when she does reviews on make up products. She normally gets two of whatever she is talking about and offers one to her subscribers. You end up just having to answer a question that she poses in the review video and BAM, the item is yours!!!!

I won, Revlon's Color Stay Eyeshadow Quad in Berry Bloom, which is pretty cool. I love my Revlon Color Stay Foundation, but hadn't considered their eye products. Boy, do I really need to reconsider it!!! he he

The colors overall are pretty pigmented for a drugstore brand, and they will look great on any eye color. For some odd reason I have been noticing, as of recent, that Pinks/Berry shadows really pop on my skin tone. I don't know if it's because I'm olive tone, or if it's my brown eyes. But every time I wear shadows in that color selection, I always get a compliment or two.

As part of getting the freebie eyeshadow, Kelley requested my own review of the product as well as a look created using it. I plan on doing two, just to challenge myself more (I figure I could use the practice).

I do use all four colors from the Quad in this first created look, it's a smokey berry pink/purple. I paired it up with soft pink cheeks using Mayra's Cosmetics Blush Petunia's Touch. And a nudeish lip

I'm thinking Revlon has a good line with their Color Stay Products, tell will only tell. I used two different eye bases for this look. I am considering trying a look without any base and see how long the product lasts (without creasing or smudging).

I Luv my New Purse!!

So when I went to my po box, I had an awesome surprise!

About a week or so ago I had posted a video of my other collection,

my awesome purses! Ha Ha, to my girl Kelley's channel.

Kelley aka PhatGirlzRule is a positive BBW who has all types of videos,anything from make up tutorials, reviews on beauty products,giveaways (cause she feels everyone deserves something), and vlogging about her life as a BBW.

I totally respect and admire Kelley. It is far and few between that you get to"meet" someone who is so kind, determined and dedicated to getting it out tothe world that it is okay to be a BBW. And I'm so happy to have found her channel and gotten to known her fromher videos (as well as personal messages)!

So yeah, I got an awesome sparkly (cause every girl has to have something shiny) clutch style purse. It can be a shoulder evening bagor a regular clutch (cause the straps come off). If I don't rock it at an Air Force Ball, when I head to San Diego to visit family, I'm totally taking it out on a night on the town!
