FOTD: Budget Beauties Neutral Look with a POP of Color

Another day...another reason to rock the Neutrals (as it seems that has been my signature this summer...though mind you we are having fall like weather right now in Germany...so go figure).

I am going to try to stay on top of my Budget Beauties Section on my YouTube Channel, so I decided to play with my drug store products and see what I could come up with.

I think the addition of the false lashes really made the look pop. And even though I have brown eyes, the neutral colors still look quite nice. But of course the purple does draw the extra attention as well!
